Please bring cuttings from your yard (think: magnolia leaves, juniper branches, holly, or any variety of evergreen) and your garden gloves, and meet us at the Washington Pike Entrance.
Plant cuttings can also be dropped off at Peggy Young's house in advance.
Holiday Party | Member-Exclusive Event
Join us for an evening of all-you-can-eat pizza at A Dopo’s private dining room. This festive night is open to all members and their partners—just be sure to purchase your tickets no later than Monday, November 3.
Each ticket includes pizza, salad, one drink of choice, and dessert.
FAQ
Is it really all-you-can-eat pizza?
Yes—it really is! A Dopo will serve multiple rounds of their signature pizzas, and any extras will be boxed up for us to take home.
Can my spouse come?
Absolutely! Partners and spouses of members are welcome to join.
What if I can’t go? Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable because we must commit to a set number of attendees in advance. If something comes up, please contact Erin Webb, and she’ll do her best to see if your spot can be filled—but this isn’t guaranteed.
Why do we need RSVPs so soon?
We have to commit to either a smaller group (24 people or fewer) or a full-room buyout (40 people) by November 3. Your early RSVP helps us secure the right space.
Why do we need 40 people?
For a full-room buyout, we need to meet A Dopo’s minimum spend requirement. This means we have to max out at 40 attendees to keep ticket prices minimal.
Why is the event at 7:45 PM?
A Dopo only offers large party seatings at 5:00 PM or 7:45 PM. We chose the later time so members who work until 5:00 PM can still join us. We know it’s a little later in the evening, but we promise it’ll be worth it!
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please note any dietary needs when you complete your ticket form so we can share them with the A Dopo staff. This is a pizza-focused event with limited gluten-free options, so please take that into consideration before purchasing your ticket.

Backyard Garden Hop | Member-Exclusive Event
Celebrate spring in true North Hills style—with cocktails, conversation, and a progressive stroll through our neighborhood’s blooming backyards.
At each stop, you’ll be invited to explore a different garden, sip something refreshing, and sample small bites that move from appetizers to mains to sweet desserts. Think fresh air, garden glow, and good company—plus non-alcoholic drinks for anyone who’d like to toast without the buzz.

Our Backyard Garden Hop is a member-exclusive event. You can join the North Hills Garden Club here.
Want to join the fun?
We’re looking for members to open their yards as hosts and co-hosts to help with food and setup at each stop. If your garden is party-ready (or close enough!), email northhillsgardenclub@gmail.com to volunteer.

North Hills Plant Sale
Join us for our yearly Plant Sale in North Hills Park!
Our Plant Sale is a popular event for local gardeners who value native plants that thrive in our area. Residents of this historic neighborhood donate a wide variety of hardy perennial plants and shrubs harvested from their gardens and homes. You can also find herbs, veggies, and colorful blooming annuals just in time for spring planting!
In addition to plants, you will find arts and crafts booths from neighborhood makers and a garden shed with bargains on outdoor items. It's a fun event for the entire family!
North Hills is also the only neighborhood in Knoxville to have a recognized arboretum, with over 40 labeled species of trees and more than 400 individual trees. The Garden Club won a City Bright Spot Award from Keep Knoxville Beautiful in recognition of its work on the North Hills Arboretum.
Proceeds from the plant sale support the beautification of the neighborhood’s boulevards and park, including the North Hills Arboretum - the only neighborhood arboretum in Knoxville, recognized with a City Bright Spot Award from Keep Knoxville Beautiful.
